Nancy is pretty excited to finally go on a vacation herself - to historic New Orleans no less! Of course, mystery seems to follow Nancy, so this should be an interesting trip, especially with Bess at her side. You're not the only one going on vacation around here! My dad and Bess' dad used some of their air travel miles and bought us round-trip tickets to New Orleans! Bess and I 4 F3 o& Y$ C3 S5 \
& c/ s' [& P! k" O, ^; v(George has got a soccer tournament) get to spend four wonderful days seeing the sights, listening to music and eating fabulous food! 3 s! K4 x( c- B" I- Z; N5 AWell, first I have to visit this guy Ned knows from school, Henry Bolet. Apparently Henry's uncle just died and he had to go down to New Orleans for a couple of weeks. Ned says Henry's a nice guy but kind of a loner who might appreciate a little company. He said he抎 call Henry and tell him I was coming.( }0 d0 _4 [& i' d7 [" X/ c
5 y/ [8 N5 h, D6 U" @- m, L
So here's the plan: when we land, Bess is going to head to our hotel in the French Quarter with our luggage while I take a cab out to the mansion where Henry is staying. Bess'll get us settled in, I'll talk to Henry, and then..... "Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler"! # W; Q# u$ q% a2 {( Z7 @8 ] % m; c# B" t( t7 u! P8 y

One small possible hitch -- the weather forecast for southern Louisiana this weekend is for rain, rain and more rain. But hey, what's a little stormy weather when you're in the heart of the Big Easy, right?9 X2 W! J6 f$ m4 j7 v$ Q9 s/ Q/ m

( n9 ~( K l1 p. J6 u& I2 [ 对了，在此之前我还得先去拜访一下Ned的朋友Henry Bolet。最近他Uncle去世，他正在New Orleans处理后事。Ned说Henry虽然有点孤僻，但人相当好，或许旅途上能给我们一点帮助。! G( Y' h, S5 k, u
+ v% v# b& V5 }. O( F/ R/ _" F
我们的计划是这样的： Bess直接到French Quarter那边的旅馆办里手续，而我则先去Henry的公馆稍作逗留，然后……当然是“Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler!”（英文：Let The Good Times Roll，中文：及时行乐）。. v9 G% ]+ F5 z; b

唯一比较不好的是，天气预报Southern Luisiana那边好像连日下雨，不过在Big Easy（悠闲之都）里，下雨也应该是愉快的，对不？2 `* g! l7 C7 f" P8 W& D* B

New Orleans是美国最快下沉的一个州，又是爵士乐的起源地，第十七集会不会也是和环保题材有关呢，或许谜题涉及爵士元素可能会更有意思 呵呵
