背景取材于系列小说第三十集 《DEATH BY DESIGN 》，小说梗概：Nancy和好友Bess到时尚之都巴黎旅游，谁知Nancy误服下本该为时尚设计师设下的毒药，只有三天72小时的存活时间！不幸的是唯一知道下毒者下落的证人生死未卜，Nancy的身体也渐渐虚弱，濒临在死亡的边缘。Nancy必须另寻他法找到解毒剂自救……
