1. Go to WineD3D For Windows[downloads.fdossena.com] and grab the WineD3DForWindows_3.0-staging.zip
+ {- j8 |# _7 Q O4 L _; D2 _* GIMPORTANT: use 3.0 version, NOT the latest one;
& Q" r7 z H2 v- d ~5 w
5 g; o+ l1 w. z/ M2 I2. Unpack the archive;
, P6 e0 \3 G7 H X! [4 p/ B% Y, k: v+ Z+ L( N
3. Copy three unpacked files (d3d9.dll, libwine.dll, wined3d.dll) to the game installation folder. Default path for x64 OSes is:
, q) H3 s" ?# q% v1 k, C( Z% YC:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Safecracker 2;% w& e1 o1 l3 n0 |' X9 p4 n
3 ?; r! f+ I ?/ ^6 R

This method could possibly fix other glitchy Kheops titles.
