Marshall won't say what that "something else" is, but he is willing to pay handsomely to get it, and his daughter, back.

Under A Killing Moon, unlike the Tex Murphy adventures that came before it, takes place in a world whose locations are pure 3D in which you have full maneuverability. You can even look for clues underneath desks, chairs, etc. Other features include an online hint system (that decreases your final score the more you use it), extensive support for additional sound/music devices, and full-motion video technology.

4. The Pandora Directive (1996)
$ m6 U- C, h ^% a* SFourth installment of us known Tex Murphy, p.i. of a big scope. As we saw him in a real light in Under a Killing Moon, this time he'll discover us the top secrets of 20th century. With 3 different narrative paths, 7 different endings and better graphics and story, you'll encounter many puzzles only up to the p.i. such as Marlowe, Spade or Tex Murphy, and you'll see some better known actors like Barry Corbin, Tanya Roberts, Kevin McCarthy and John Agar. You'll be able to choose wether you wish to play the game just to sweep through the story, or you'll pick more challenging path with more puzzles to solve, and points as a reward.

This, the fifth in a row of Tex Murphy, p.i. follows the story of Martian Memorandum which was second Tex Murphy detective adventure game. Your client is drop-dead gorgeous. It seems that her father made suicide, but she's hiring you to prove that wrong, and she's willing to help you anyhow. This game exists even in DVD version that possess higher quality movies. The game supports some 3D cards, and continues to give you virtual reality of p.i. work. |
