28代副标题为Ghost of Thornton Hall（桑顿大厅里的幽灵）

大致内容：
桑顿大厅最近每到晚上就会出现一个幽灵，她眼里的怒火埋葬着她那被火吞噬的过去。右侧的房子里总是出现奇怪的声音和诡异的影像。无论是墓地还是地窖都令每一个闯入废弃的桑顿的人的内心充满了恐惧。

特别版本只有在预定期间从官网预定的人才有，预定从13.04.19开始，游戏将于13.05.14正式发布。
