背景取材于系列小说第三十集 《DEATH BY DESIGN 》，小说梗概：Nancy和好友Bess到时尚之都巴黎旅游，谁知Nancy误服下本该为时尚设计师设下的毒药，只有三天72小时的存活时间！不幸的是唯一知道下毒者下落的证人生死未卜，Nancy的身体也渐渐虚弱，濒临在死亡的边缘。Nancy必须另寻他法找到解毒剂自救……

这次Nancy来到巴黎，成了时尚设计师Minette的助手，工作室地处一具百年历史的冰岩洞中，游戏中除了工作室你可以游历巴黎街景感受时尚气息。而Minet最近脾气古怪暴躁，所以故事的谋略就是要挖掘使Minette行为疯颠的根源。
