What is exactly insomnia?

Insomnia is caused by different factors from person to person. Mainly different drugs, mental disorders, stress, tension, anxiety, worry etc. are believed to be the main causes of insomnia. Besides, polluted and noisy environment also may lead one not to have proper sleep.

Here I am not talking about having different drugs or sleeping pills. The main problem taking such drugs is that you may have to take these drugs always before sleeping. If you don't take, then you will again be unable to have sleep. There may be other side-effects as well. So, is is better to train yourself to get that sleep naturally. Here is what you can do:
