What is exactly insomnia?
: z$ s! J2 q' yAccording to Wikipedia,Insomnia is not totally a disease but a sleeping disorder characterized by persistent difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep despite having time to sleep as I have said before.

Insomnia is caused by different factors from person to person. Mainly different drugs, mental disorders, stress, tension, anxiety, worry etc. are believed to be the main causes of insomnia. Besides, polluted and noisy environment also may lead one not to have proper sleep.

How to get rid of insomnia?6 y1 Q, p% m3 E
Here I am not talking about having different drugs or sleeping pills. The main problem taking such drugs is that you may have to take these drugs always before sleeping. If you don't take, then you will again be unable to have sleep. There may be other side-effects as well. So, is is better to train yourself to get that sleep naturally. Here is what you can do:

Said stress, tension etc. are main cause of insomnia, you should first try to decrease these factors in your daily life. This may not be cause for some persons. But, for sure mainly stress causes insomnia in many persons. Do your daily work in balanced way. Be happy with who you are and what you have.

So, if you think you will not get enough sleep, there is not difference even if you go to bed since you will not have sleep etc., then it definitely will be hard for you to have proper sleep. Feel relaxed, be happy before going to your bed. It is said that you should be in your bed even if you don't get sleep since this will help your body and eye.' ~/ J  Y5 l, j$ V

We all love music though the type of music you like may be different from person to person. Before sleeping, listen your favorite music preferably soft, classical one. Similarly, you can also read book you like best such as your favorite novel etc.% s" u  @0 U7 J2 p

9 {5 b+ x1 A4 A% ?While you are in bed, forget all things that happened that particular day which may be positive or negative. Some people think mainly the argument they had, bad words they heard before going to bed or while in bed.

So, always think positive, be happy, trust yourself and do not think about failure never. Do not be depressed after if you made any mistake. This is your life. Actually sleeping pills show almost immediate effect but they have many side effects as well. Rather, applying above ideas with others, you will get output slowly but without any side effects as that by sleeping pills and in long run making you much healthier and happier than before. + M9 v/ [' Z  b) \我想到时也犹豫要不要说出来,那就听你的暂时先不说。也许我们的速度稍微快了点,让别人太紧张了哈哈,我先看看片再接着想。因为这道题涉及到数学,我数学是0分,小学四则运算已经是我的极限哈哈,也不能强求自己。

- E. t2 U. Q% Y8 h* z; N1 V总觉得迷题的解法应该没上面说的那么复杂~~关键点到底在哪呢???
