恶魔岛（EVIL ISLANDS ）

I have been playing Evil Islands and I cannot find the second circle key holder anywhere. I'm running around in godmode and shooting clairvoyance anywhere I can think of, and I can't find him. I've even tried looking for him with the map viewer, (I suppose he would be GK2) and still can't find him.
